Associate, Executive Search
Responsibilities
Working alongside our search consultants, you will engage with banking professionals in a variety of product areas within investment banking and capital markets. Day to day this position will require require:
- Extensive and proactive interaction with financial services professionals across Asia, by telephone and in person.
- Supporting our Practice heads in client marketing and relationship management.
- Assisting in the efficient execution of live search assignments.
- Taking ownership of our extensive research product and keeping this key document up-to-date by tracking personnel changes and market developments.
- You will be encouraged from an early stage to meet candidates and network within the financial services community to build your own profile as a member of the PELHAM team.
