The BlackRock Multi-Asset Client Solutions (BMACS) team within BlackRock’s Portfolio Management Group is responsible for developing, assembling and managing investment solutions for clients involving multiple strategies and asset classes. The BMACS team of over 130 professionals leads BlackRock’s efforts with respect to asset allocation advice (tactical and strategic) and portfolio implementation team within BlackRock’s Portfolio Management Group. BMACS is responsible for developing, assembling and managing investment solutions for clients involving multiple strategies and asset classes.

Job Summary:

The role is to work alongside two other individuals responsible for the servicing and oversight of all Operational and Fund Administration activities for fourteen Fiduciary Mandate clients. The Fiduciary Mandate clients are amongst the most complex mandates managed by BlackRock, with a dedicated Fiduciary Mandates Investment Team (FMIT).

Role Description:

The role offers great variety, and comprises portfolio manager support responsibilities, along with operational and administration-based functions.

The candidate will also be required to assist with the complex process relating to the onboarding of new client mandates, or structural changes to existing clients. 

Skills and qualifications:

The candidate should have front-office exposure of working alongside portfolio managers, client directors, and senior management. The type of clients and the products invested in require the candidate to have a sound understanding of equity, fixed income, derivative and cash-related products. Each of the client mandates has a varied and diverse product base, so a good working knowledge of the investment management arena is fundamental and critical to requirements.
