Job Summary

Support Wal-Mart field sales team in analyzing their business and providing financial insight aimed at improving the customer’s growth, profitability, and ROIs.

 

Duties Responsibilities

Partner with Wal-mart Business Team in managing and prioritizing customer trade and shopper marketing investments, ensuring proper allocation of resources and adherence to spending targets.

 

Conduct detailed customer profitability analysis aimed at improving Wal-mart’s sales contribution through optimized investment levels and improved product mix.

 

Support in several key sector functions including completion of monthly forecast review and quarterly NALT business reviews.

Improve overall financial acumen of CBMs and BDM’s in the Wal-mart sector through training on key subjects including ROI, customer and trade profitability.

 

Key Requirements

Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance, MBA Preferred.

 

5-7+ years financial experience including financial reporting; consumer products industry preferred

Strong analytical skills.

 

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

 

Ability to prioritize workload, manage multiple projects, and work within deadlines.

 

Strong PC and Excel skill. Knowledge of Hyperion Essbase.

 

Good process management skills with ability to think outside the box.

 

Good people skills with proven ability to work constructively with various departments and levels within the company.

 

Ability to work independently.
