Our client, a leading Chinese Investment Bank, is seeking for an Associate for their Fixed Income team and looking after bonds products.
Responsibilities:
- Support monitor daily processing support in related to FI Bond, Structured Notes experience is a must (Issuer exp. is an advantage);
- Co-ordinate between middle office and other operations processing team if any clients queries / problem on daily transaction;
- Face off and handle enquiries raised from Internal External clients;
- Responsible for Operations control to minimize operational failure;
- Facilitate and support various back office related projects studies, user requirement, coordination, system testing implementation;
- Assist line manager in completing assigned tasks, including new projects;
- Work productively and cohesively with internal staffs and relative parties in respect of daily operations.
Requirements:
- University graduated in Finance, Business Administrations or relevant disciplines.
- At least 5 years experience in fixed income Operations from investment banking environment.
- Strong knowledge in bonds and structured notes products.
- Familiar with various clearing systems i.e. CMU, Clearstream, Euroclear and SwiftNet, etc.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Cantonese
