Job Description
- To support the Asia Pac Real Estate securities business as a real estate equities analyst, primarily covering listed real estate companies in Australia
- Develop detailed financial models on assigned companies and provide written and verbal presentations of investment conclusions/recommendations to the team.
- Support fund manager on ad-hoc tasks
The right candidate should have:
- Experience covering real estate securities to provide investment recommendations from the start. Those without relevant experience will not be considered.
- 1-3 years equities analyst experience
- Relevant degree
- Outstanding numeric skills
- Financial modelling skills are essential as are excel database management skills
- Excellence in analytical techniques including advanced DCF analysis and scenario testing
- In depth knowledge of excel and other relevant computing skills.
- Knowledge and understanding of the Asian property investment markets
- A good understanding of other investment markets and investment principles
- A good understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis
- An excellent ability to summarise complex information and analysis
- Innovative thinking and execution of ideas into reality
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
