Associate, Global Sourcing and Procurement recruitment
We are seeking a Supplier Relationship role to be part of a growing Global Sourcing and Procurement team. With supervision, this individual will facilitate the procurement lifecycle and oversee supplier relationships for centrally owned categories such as office supplies, promotional items, and purchase card/corporate card. This person may assume and perform other duties and responsibilities not specifically outlined herein, but which are logically and properly inherent to the position.
The responsibilities of the individual in this position include:
Procurement

Assist with sourcing, negotiation and contracting related to various procurement projects.

Monitor contracts and relationships with suppliers to ensure appropriate savings and service levels are met.

Conduct data analysis and create procurement related reports.

Provide assistance to the business in relation to procurement services as needed
Supplier Relationship

Attend regular supplier performance reviews and assist with continuous improvement efforts.

Coordinate communication between suppliers and Russell.

Monitor supplier scorecards and track performance issues with suppliers.

Partner with suppliers to identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.

Conduct periodic data cleansing efforts and generate reports to support the supplier management process
Relationship Building

Partner with business units and other stakeholders to oversee third party relationships with suppliers.

Support the business with supplier escalations and SLA management through monthly or quarterly business reviews.

Work collaboratively with GSP and stakeholders to ensure compliance to the supplier management program
The successful candidate will have extensive demonstrable skills and experiences including the following:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent is required. A combination of experience and/or education will be considered.

2-4 years of experience in procurement, contract administration and supplier management.

Familiar with the RFI/RFP solicitation processes.

Familiar with supplier relationship management.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with suppliers and employees at all levels.

Possess demonstrated organizational skills and effectively manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.

Experience performing in a fast-paced, goal oriented, and time sensitive environment.

Strives for continuous improvement across existing and new processes/concepts.
