Why does this position exist?
This position exists to provide customer service to after sales service for Tier 1 to Tier 4 national based Corporate and Institutional customers.
Major accountabilities of position.
The key responsibilities of the Customer Enquiry Managers are:-
- Manage an ongoing client portfolio, which potentially includes some client visits
- Maintain account activities on all Corporate and Institutional accounts
- Provide timely resolution to customer requests and handle complex work requests
- Implementation activities including establishment of bank accounts, EFTPOS, Corporate Card Corporate On Line facilities
- Work collaboratively with Client Managers Customer Project Managers
- Manage existing service relationships, ensure minimum attrition amongst larger clients and add new profitable relationships for the Client Manager
- Manage and resolve complex client requests and issues arising from complaint feedback in a timely manner
- Provide clients with regular updates on their current facilities and contacts within the Bank via a Service Plan
- Proactively foster relationships with business partners
- Exceptional written and oral communication account maintenance activities on all Corporate and Institutional accounts
