Following an internal promotion and an ongoing commitment to expand its already significant presence in the planner/ platform market, we seek to appoint an Associate to the Global Wealth Management team.
Based in Sydney, you will report to the Head of Global Wealth Management and support the sales and client servicing team. You will facilitate the product servicing and sales. Your role will centre on communicating portfolio strategies to clients and prospects. You will also run regular portfolio analytics on domestic and global portfolios and update the team. Core to the role is to support the team in all aspects of their endeavors.
You will have a strong understanding of the financial markets and, in particular, the fixed interest markets. Your tertiary studies exposure should include Finance and Economics. Ideally, you will have 1 to 3 years experience gained in a financial planning, research or the fund manager environment. Your strong numeracy skills will be matched by your developed communication skills. From a technical prospective, we require advanced Excel skills. Ideally this is combined with a sound working knowledge of Microsoft Access and programming languages such as VBA. We seek a high energy individual with strong drive to succeed.
