About our client
Our client is a leading global private equity growth investor and is looking to hire an associate to focus on the technology sector. They partner closely with management teams and business owners building long lasting value through close interaction, organic growth and add-on acquisitions. With over $15 billion of raised capital their investment size ranges from $60 million up to $500 million in equity.
Responsibilities
- You will join the team as an Associate and be responsible for supporting the partners and senior investment professionals in all aspects of the investment process including market research, financial modelling, preparing investment papers, managing the due diligence process, executing the investments and post investment monitoring
- This will also include working closely with other members of the technology team to originate investment opportunities
Skills we’re looking for
- Strong academic track records
- Analyst experience from Investment Banking (MA or leverage finance) or equity research
- Strong technology focused experience and understanding is essential
- Strong financial modelling skills
- Rounded personality – able to build effective relationships
- Potential to play a lead role as they progress
- A hunger to meet and exceed targets
