Responsibilities
- Assist the senior team in executing transactions, and research and originate investment opportunities
- Screen opportunities, execute due diligence and be fully involved in the process through closure and post investment monitoring
- Contribute to co-investment opportunities and be fully involved in the diligence process
Skills we’re looking for
- Strong academic records
- Private equity fund investment experience including exposure to completed investments
- Prior sector experience in TMT and/or cleantech and an interest in both sectors
- Excellent communication, problem solving skills and ability to build long term relationships
- Strong analytical skills, but with creativity to identify solutions
- An additional European language – German or Scandinavian required, but others welcomed too
- Evidence of an entrepreneurial and creative style
- Ability to work within a small, cooperative team and liaise confidently with senior management
