Our client is a leading investment bank, with one of the most successful infrastructure advisory teams in its class. The bank has both advised upon and invested within a range of major infrastructure assets, including water, hospitals, energy, electricity, and other major deals. They are a global firm with a significant London team.
The position will work on the execution of infrastructure deals for clients and project management of executions. This will, inter alia, contain deal structuring, financing, negotiation, valuation and modelling
Candidates may come from a variety of backgrounds, but most likely you will have experience as a execution banker, ideally in the infrastructure utility space. As well as this, you will have MA, PPP or project financing experience, have sound commercial judgement, have strong quantitative skills including extensive experience with financial models and valuation techniques and be able to independently manage and oversee a valuation including the incorporation of key due diligence findings into a model
