Associate, Infrastructure Advisory recruitment
This is a great opportunity for Project Finance or Infrastructure Advisory bankers to join an international investment bank with the appetite to do deals.?
You will form part of the advisory team providing advisory services for Project Finance transactions, including ports, renewable energy, PPP’s and other infrastructure financing.
Responsibilities include:
- Undertake and supervise analysts in financial modelling and analysis
- Undertake financial due diligence activities
- Prepare detailed presentations and pitch documents
- Manage communications with other parties, including banks, sponsors, 3rd party equity investors
To be considered for this role, you must demonstrate the following attributes and experience:
- Minimum of 3-4 years financial modelling experience in investment banking, project finance or other relevant industry
- Significant deal experience including debt and/or equity arranging
- Experience in reviewing commercial contracts
- Outstanding analytical skills
- Highly motivated with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong commercial acumen
