Associate – Infrastructure Fund recruitment
Highly regarded diversified Infrastructure Fund requires an Associate for the Investment team. Associates will work in small transaction teams, gaining exposure to the full investment cycle for a range of European Infrastructure assets. Associates also have an active role in post acquisition asset management, supporting Directors with portfolio company strategy.
Responsibilities include:
• Coordinating detailed sector company research analysis
• Providing valuation models and supporting due diligence
• Deal execution and transaction management
• Post transaction asset management
• Liaising external senior management, clients investors
Associates will display an outstanding academic record, potential tertiary qualifications (ACA, CFA) and a proven record of achievement within investment management, investment banking, and private equity covering Utilities, Infrastructure and/or Transport sectors. Candidates will require excellent communication skills and be comfortable working in small teams and liaising with external clients, and senior deal makers. Additional European languages are also highly desirable.
