Associate – Infrastructure Investment recruitment
The Associate role will have a number of key responsibilities, including:
- Provide verbal and written translation of financial, operational and strategic information from English into Korean and vice versa.
- Monitoring and reporting of infrastructure asset performance.
- Maintenance and development of financial models used for valuations and performance analytics.
- Analytical support to Directors for asset management, portfolio strategy and transaction execution.
- Preparation and maintenance of infrastructure sector research.
The successful candidate is assumed to have a strong academic record and highly competent with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Excellent Excel/Financial Modeling skills will be highly regarded. Additionally they will be able to demonstrate an interest in the infrastructure sector, a high level of numeracy, proficiency in oral and written communication, and exemplary analytical skills. The role requires attention to detail, the ability to prioritise tasks and deliver to tight deadlines. At a minimum, it is expected that the role will attract candidates with an undergraduate degree in finance or a related discipline, and preferably with one to two years experience in a relevant analytical role.
Ability to speak, read and write Korean at a business level is required for this role.
