Associate, Investment Banking recruitment
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Market and execute transactions with clients in MA, ECM and other Investment Banking products
• Work in close co-operation with other local and global teams
• Assist in the development of relationships with, and generate revenue from, international Business Services companies
EDUCATION /OR EXPERIENCE
• Degree level
• FSA registered/Approved person
• Previous proven relevant experience within MA or Business Services arena
COMPETENCIES
• In-depth knowledge of Investment Banking services and the ability to apply them creatively to diverse client needs
• Understanding of the Business Services sector including a familiarity with the broad sector drivers, key players, the industry sub-segments and associated market dynamics
• Sound judgement, particularly in valuation matters, with strong research and analytical skills
• Excellent modelling skills with experience in merger and LBO analysis
• Interpersonal skills
• Advanced computer skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
