It is now looking to appoint a Russian corporate MA lawyer to join the Moscow office You will play a key role in managing and further developing its Russian corporate client base and lead a team of more junior Russian associates, focusing on transactional matters in Moscow. Your profile should be as follows:
- Associate/counsel/junior partner with 5 years' + consultancy experience from another major international law firm in Moscow
- Prior experience of managing and developing the legal skills of junior and mid-level Russian associates;
- Strong technical corporate MA experience
- Excellent inter-personal skills
- Fluent English language ability
