Position Description:
The candidate will support and maintain all aspects of the global reporting process for both the quarterly and annual FRY-11/FR2314 Fed reports for the consolidated legal entity population. Responsibilities include:

•Support global legal entity controllers with production deliverables and analysis aspects of the reporting cycle. Respond to queries through a understanding of the process and investigation when necessary leveraging key contacts and departments within the firm

•Assess the global consolidated population to determine entity filing status. Continuous monitoring and communication with key contacts with regards to new entities, closure status, asset movements

•Leveraging and monitoring the various system tools such as validation reporting from FinArch to proactively identify and remediate issues prior to sign off

•Responsible for executing key central processes for the global filing population such as illogical balance reclasses, balance sheet reclasses, memo schedule bookings

•Coordinate, analyse and manage data provider deliverables and supporting schedules for central adjusting entries

•Maintenance of the reporting infrastructure: Omega structures, FinArch UAT for new releases, 3R's UAT for enhancements. Liaising with key members of the relevant IT teams to implement updates

•Responsible for coordinating and transmitting the reports to the Fed via IESUB in accordance with due dates

•Responsible for maintaining and filing all necessary documentation for audit purposes

•Preparation of detailed reporting and assistance with analysis on various aspects of the production process as required by manager

•Monitoring, assessing and preparing documentation for entities when re-filings are required

•Continuous maintenance and updating of policy and procedure documents along with the supporting detailed task descriptions

•Assist in identifying opportunities to streamline and automate reporting where possible/practical

•Facilitating cross training within the team when needed and providing coverage when needed

- Ability to work well under time constraints and with multiple projects
- Legal Entity reporting experience
- Advanced MS Office skills, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, CPA preferred
