Associate, Leverage & Asset Finance
Our client's asset finance team has a flexible business structure enabling them to look at Structured, Leverage, Project and Acquisition Finance transactions as well as direct principal investment themselves. Given increased balance sheet commitment to this group a need has arisen for an Associate level hire into this team.
Main responsibilities include financial analysis and advanced cash flow modeling to ascertain projected performance and valuations on transactions. Credit analysis and deal structuring. Managing junior client relationships and supporting senior team members on the origination effort.
The ideal candidate will be able to build cash flow models from scrath, in particular LBO modeling and analysis and must be fluent in an additional European language.
