Great career opportunity for an experienced consultant
Reporting to the European Director, this role will see you enjoy varied assignments, daily challenges and continuous opportunities to learn new skills. We are looking for a talented and ambitious consultant and a skilled financial modeller – a person who is as passionate about solving complex problems with elegant solutions as we are!
At Corality, every day is different and we take pride in the variety and nature of our clients. Our high calibre team works with many of Australia’s blue chip companies on high profile transactions, as well as ambitious project developers. Assignments in past year included the strategic alliance of two global airlines; the assessment of port efficiencies at Australia’s busiest stevedoring operators; the project financing of a copper mine in Indonesia; and the refinance of some of the largest power assets in the country. Many of our clients are operate internationally – we have worked with African renewable energy developers, Canadian hospitals, European mining companies, South American toll-roads and Singaporean utility companies.
Key responsibilities include:
- Client and project management
- Design and delivery of financial modelling solutions
- Audit of third-party financial models
- Delivery of Corality training courses, domestically and internationally
- Situational assessment and report writing
- Business development and account management
- Travelling as needed for client work
- Sharing and building team knowledge capital
To be successful in this role you need to:
- Understand the world of transactions, either from a banking, advisory or consulting side
- Thrive in a professional consulting environment
- Have strong people skills and appreciate the importance of client service
- Enjoy learning about new industries and technologies
- Be known for going the extra mile
- Have 4-8 years of professional experience
- Business fluency in Spanish or French would be an advantage

Academic qualifications:
Degree qualified in finance economics or science and engineering, along with a post graduate qualification. Actuarial backgrounds, Masters in Finance, and CFA certifications are appreciated – you are most probably a top 1% student. Language skills are highly valued – variety and diversity is a key aspect of our culture, and will set you apart from others.
