Associate – M+A Banker recruitment
Our client is Leading M+A Advisory firm with operations across the Globe. A strong deal pipeline as well as their strategic growth initiative has brought about the need for 2 new head count. We are looking for an Associate (II or III)to join this impressive organisation.
Working directly with the firms Managing Director and Senior Bankers this high profile role within the Asia business will be responsible for highly sophisticated due diligence activities across both sectors/industries and geographies. As an advisory business, your time will be allocated to the execution process and limited time will be spent on pitching/pitch-books. While M+A activity is the key focus of the group you will also be involved in both IPO and debt related activities.
This firm is seeking candidates that are interested in leaving the budge bracket environment to work for a highly successful M+A Advisory firm. This trusted advisor to hundreds of clients across the world offers the highest quality execution and personalized approach to doing business. Employees of the firm are given exposure across industry and geography, direct contact with Managing Directors and clients which allows for an outstanding learning environment.
- 4+ years of M+A experience in a bulge break or a top US/UK boutique firm M+A experience in the Asia region is preferred
- Candidates with Natural Resources execution experience are preferred but the firm is open to M+A generalists
- Outstanding work ethic; the ability to work in a high pressure environment and under tight time lines
- Oversea education, CFA or CA will be highly regarded
