Junior Associate: Leading London Boutique, Industrials, Consumer and TMT.
The Career Opportunity:
One of London's leading MA boutiques are looking for a new junior associate to join the successful London based team to help with all MA activity. The opportunity is generalist however has a focus towards to Retail, Consumer and Leisure and the opportunity to work on some of Europe's most high profile MA Deals.
The responsibilities:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Industry, market and company research
- Financial analysis and valuation
- New business presentation preparation
- Marketing materials preparation
- Transaction execution, including detailed due diligence preparation and analysis
- Managing relationships and contact with potential buyers/sellers/investors
- Assisting senior bankers in negotiating and closing transactions
Key Requirements:
- 3 years experience within MA
- Excellent academics (minimum 2/1) red Brick University
-Credible, gravitas and enthusiasm
