Associate / M&A / Top Boutique / Generalist recruitment

Our Client is a leading Boutique with a generalist MA focus. They are urgently looking to build in their Associate team as they are winning more business than they expected.

The client relies on their own advisory experience rather than leverage and have some very strong client relationships across the mid market space. They are currently mandated on Sell-side and buy side MA and are also a leader on the restructuring side.

The role will entail;

- Management and training of Juniors and reporting upwards
- Creation and Review of Financial Models produced
- Production of IM and running the Auction process
- Liaison with Clients when required
- Full Deal competition and management from Origination to Execution

Key Requirements
The client is ideally looking for a candidate with;

- Strong Modelling review skills
- Good understanding of the MA process including Take over codes
- Excellent presentation skill s including production of IM's and Roadshows
- Flexibility on learning new sectors
