Prestigious International Financial Firm seeks an Associate to manage middle office operations related to Stable Value Fund Wrap Business.
Responsibilities include:
• Manage PnL Reconciliation controls
• Deal management and maintenance including credit rate reset fixing
• Manage and monitor all other reporting requirements
• Establish Controls and Procedures per market industry standards
• Identify and implement programs, projects and tactics, providing the means and metrics for achieving the planned results
• Personnel Management
• Performance Management
Requirements:
• Knowledge and direct experience in Stable Value Fund Wrap business in a middle office of back office capacity with major financial institution
• 5-10 years experience in middle office operational area with supervisory experience
• Knowledge of Accounting and Asset Value Fund Business
• Basic knowledge of derivatives
• College degree
• Securities, Banking or Stable Value Fund Background
• MS Office, Access, V look-ups, VBA and Pivot tables
