Position Description:

The Fundraising Associate Marketing Manager (AMM) will assist the fundraising marketing team with the overall development of marketing programs and materials in support of the Youth Extreme, Entertainment Direct, High School Extreme, and Direct Schools, fundraising sales channels.  The AMM will assist the Sr. Marketing Manager in the timely development of collateral materials; as well as promotional, sales, and service programs created to motivate fundraiser participation and increase sell through.  The AMM will have experience in the creation of print materials; from concept to production.  The AMM will represent the team in cross-functional meetings, interacting professionally with external vendors and associates in various departments and at various levels throughout the organization.  The AMM should be able to multi-task and function in a fast paced environment with shifting priorities.  Strong verbal, analytical, creative, copywriting, and written communication skills are required.  The Associate Marketing Manager will be expected to deliver assigned duties accurately and in a timely manner. Associate Marketing Manager is responsible for the following:

·         Develop marketing Creative Brief; gain buy-in from Sr. Marketing Manager of Fundraising and review with Creative Publishing teams and outside agencies.·         Manage Creative development process for channel specific marketing initiatives to ensure the end product meets marketing objectives as stated in the Creative Brief.·         Coordinate print and digital production for all product related initiatives with Creative, Publishing,·         Lead the development of tradeshow marketing strategy and materials.  Coordination of trade show events to include: planning, materials coordination, and delivery to designated event locations.  ·         Assist Sr. Marketing Manager in monitoring and analyzing each program’s performance as it relates to planned revenue, customer satisfaction, sell through, profitability and other related metrics.·         Technology and Logistics teams to ensure time lines and budget objectives are met.·         Work with Operations, Logistics, Finance and Sales Teams to ensure that program set-up and inventory needs are in place and meet communicated timelines.  ·         Initiate and manage price quotes with vendors and procurement that will impact final execution of the material and program development.·         Work closely with Marketing Services - Research Team to secure research analysis on the industry/channels/customers using any available research data.  Ensure that relevant research is used in program strategy and implementation.

·         Act as liaison to sales organization obtaining critical information as related to promotions, incentives and materials developed in support of sales strategy for new and existing product lines.
