Position Summary: The Associate Office Administrator ensures the smooth day-to-day running of our office. This is a front-line position, interacting with employees, clients, consulting firms and vendors. This individual will be a key member of the firm. Location: This direct hire opportunity is located in Burlington, VT Compensation: $30,000-$35,000 along with a generous benefits package Key Responsibilities Include: -Greeting Clients and Vendors: The Associate Office Administrator ensures the reception area is properly staffed during business hours and all visitors are greeted promptly and courteously. This includes coverage of the company's general phone number. -Common Office Space and Equipment Management: The Associate Office Administrator is responsible for ordering and organizing all office and kitchen supplies. This also includes ensuring office machines are in good working order and interacting with vendors to resolve any problems. -The Associate Office Administrator oversees office maintenance and cleaning. Coordination of lunches: The Associate Office Administrator is responsible for planning menus and/or coordinating orders and delivery for lunches being brought into the office for employees and guests. -Mail Management: The Associate Office Administrator is responsible for making sure that all incoming and outgoing mail is processed smoothly and efficiently.
