Associate Partner – Programme Manager / Architect – Application Monitoring recruitment

Due to continued global expansion, we are now seeking  dynamic, senior Programme Managers/Architects and Technology Managers to shape and deliver key initiatives for tier-1 clients in Hong Kong and Singapore.

Description of the Role

Due to continued company growth, Citihub is looking to hire an Associate Partner in Hong Kong, whose initial remit will be to lead and deliver an application monitoring implementation for our banking client. As a Programme Manager / Architect at Citihub you will work on varied Technical projects across the financial services sector. The Associate Partner will service our Tier one Clients delivering projects as standalone initiatives or as part of larger Programme of work. The initial engagement will focus on the global application monitoring implementation programme for ITRS Geneos.

Applicants must have:

• Significant experience of success in more than one global financial organization

• 10 years plus experience as an IT Programme Manager, Architect or Technology Manager

• IT Project and Programme Management across broad range of topics

• Application / infrastructure monitoring implementation and product experience

• IB cross asset class and / or Wealth management application development background

• Global delivery management experience with ability to drop into technical detail as required 

• Strong consulting background either gained internally within financial organisation or within the consultancy field

• Excellent stakeholder management skills a prerequisite 

• Proven experience of taking sole responsibility for sizeable budgets

• Broad technical knowledge of application architecture and infrastructure

• Expertise in at least one of the following technologies: desktop, server, database, middleware, storage, networking, eTrading and market data, exchange connectivity, GRID/HPC, application environment, Security Risk

• Ability to pro-actively engage senior stakeholders as necessary to ensure the success of an initiative

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Good perspective of industry trends technical strategies

• Consulting experience is desirable but not essential, an ability and desire to work across a broad range of topics and varied clients is essential
