Associate Partner – Programme Manager / Architect / Technology Manager recruitment

Description of the Role

Due to continued company growth, Citihub is looking to hire Associate Partners in London. As a Programme Manager / Architect, you will work on varied Technical projects across the UK financial services sector. The Associate Partner will service our Tier one Clients delivering projects as standalone initiatives or as part of larger Programme of work.  Citihub currently have a strong pipeline of work across Infrastructure, Electronic Trading Market Data, High Performance Computing / Grid, Virtualization / Internal Cloud, Security Risk Technology, Cost Efficiency and as such the PM/ Architect will be capable of delivering a broad range of complex programmes.

Applicants must have:

• Significant experience of success in more than one global financial organization

• 10 years plus experience as an IT Programme Manager, Architect or Technology Manager

• IT Project and Programme Management across broad range of topics

• Proven experience delivering projects either as  Technology Manager, PM or Architect

• Proven experience of taking sole responsibility for sizeable budgets

• Broad technical knowledge of application architecture and infrastructure

• Expertise in at least one of the following technologies: desktop, server, database, middleware, storage, networking, eTrading and market data, exchange connectivity, GRID/HPC, application environment, Security Risk

• Ability to pro-actively engage senior stakeholders as necessary to ensure the success of an initiative

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Good perspective of industry trends technical strategies

• Consulting experience is desirable but not essential, an ability and desire to work across a broad range of topics and varied clients is essential
