Associate, Portfolio Analytics (Portfolio Performance/Client Research/Data Analytics, Client Services)

*Sorry, there is no sponsorship (OR) visa transfer available for this position now or at any time in the future.

Exemplary problem solving ability, solid data analytics skills and engaging personality (warm, friendly) are required for rigorous portfolio analytics positions. These positions require a strong desire to provide exceptional client service and are not suited for those that want very little interaction with others. These positions, although varied responsibilities, will work cohesively together to provide transparency to both internal clientele (investment execs) and external investors on such things as portfolio performance (will provide custom analysis), risk management within the portfolios, global market movements, etc.

Candidates with top tier 1 schooling and proven leadership skills sought.

Individuals chosen for these openings will have the opportunity to use their skills, experience and knowledge gained from the training program to perform varied analytical projects which could include performing global market, risk and research analytics to answer a client question, to analyzing large data sets that represent the institutional investors' portfolio performance to provide insight as to how their portfolio performed and why it performed that way (what happened in the markets).

Together these positions are responsible for providing exceptional transparency to global investors that are invested in multiple asset classes, markets and strategies.

All positions require solid quantitative skills (prefer backgrounds in math, financial or operations engineering, statistics, finance, economics, etc.), exceptional drive to service the clients excellently and proven problem solving ability; however, these are not "quant" positions.

Extensive markets, financial instrument, strategy, and risk management training is provided for all positions; however, these positions are not involved in the investment decision making process and do not sit on an investment team. These are rigorous problem solving positions that sit within a client servicing environment.

An ability to see the big picture in addition to an innovative and entrepreneurial mentality are required for success in these roles.

NOTE: Relocation assistance is available and other compensation considerations will be extended to the chosen candidates.
