Associate – Private Equity Fund Investing recruitment
The successful individual will work closely with a small team of talented investment professionals focussing on investments in private equity GPs across Europe and Asia. This position will encompass the full spectrum of the investment process including the evaluation and due diligence of potential fund investments, preparation and presentation of investment recommendations to senior team members and the monitoring of investments and relationships with GPs. Additionally the successful candidate will have input into discussions and decisions regarding the firm's wider alternative asset investment strategy.
Suitable candidates for this position will most likely be working within a private equity fund investment role. Other backgrounds would include the due diligence team of one of the leading stretegy consulting firms, the corporate finance department of one of the big four accounting firms or potentially investment banking. In all cases relevant candidates will have had exposure to private equity and be at Senior Analyst or Associate level.
The successful individual will be able to demonstrate strong analytical and financial skills. All candidates will possess strong communication and presentation skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage a reasonably heavy and varied workload independently. Excellent spoken and written English are prerequisites.
