About our client
Our client is one of the world’s leading sovereign wealth funds. Their London based Private Equity team takes responsibility for investing in funds and executing co-investments across Western and Eastern Europe.
Responsibilities
- Market research to keep up to date with new players as well as to keep aware of potential investment opportunities
- Executing due diligences, both quantitative and qualitative. This includes meeting fund manager, performing track record analysis, strategy review, getting comfortable with the team and the terms
- Preparation of all necessary documentation for the investment committee
- Contribute to co-investment opportunities and be fully involved in the diligence process
Skills we’re looking for
- Analyst training from a top investment bank
- Experience in either MA , leveraged finance or principal investment teams
- Work exposure to private equity
- Strong commercial acumen and good financial modeling skills
- Ability to work within a non-hierarchical team, take responsibility from very early in the process and liaise confidently with senior management
