Our client is a private equity asset manager and advisor to large and prestigious institutional investors across the world. With billions of assets under management and offices in New York, London, San Diego and Beijing, they look to achieving superior returns through a combination of private equity fund investments, co-investments, secondary purchases and mezzanine investments.
The European team based in London is keen to bring on board an associate. In this role you will be key in their efforts to deploy committed assets across the right opportunities in the market. You will be involved in the whole investment process from assessing opportunities, executing due diligences and supporting the team to execution and post acquisition management. You will be part of a small, young, entrepreneurial growing team and as such there is a great opportunity to build a long term career.To be successful in this role you will need the following:
- Strong academic background from a reputable institution. Academic records will be requested
- Analyst experience from an MA, leverage finance or transaction services teams
- Strong financial modelling skills and commercial judgement
- European languages will be a plus
- Enthusiasm to gain exposure to a wider range of investment exposure within the private equity sector
