We are an alternative asset investment manager with multiple public and private market funds and strategies. Our very successful European real estate team is based in London with offices in Madrid and Paris. We currently manage three Pan-European real estate opportunity funds.
We are looking for an exceptional associate to join our group in Paris as we continue our European expansion.
Your role will be to:
- Carry out the financial analysis of potential investments in France, including the preparation of cashflow models.
- Assist in originating investment opportunities.
- Prepare investment recommendations.
- Assist in the execution and due diligence process.
- Support on-going asset management initiatives.
Your background:
- Minimum of four years of analytical experience in an investment bank, private equity firm or similar environment.
- Very strong analytical and excel modelling skills.
- Self starter and team player.
- Strong background in commercial real estate.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.
