The Role
You will be involved in the execution and post acquisition monitoring of private equity deals in South East Asia (SEA). This role would focus on both large cap and SME investments. You will handle financial modelling, valuation, due diligence, deal structuring and deal execution as well as portfolio management of investee companies.
Your Profile
To be considered, you should have minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience from investment bank, private equity or consulting firm. You should have strong analytical, written and communication skills. Candidates who are versed in SEA languages are preferred. Candidates without relevant SEA experience would not be considered.
