Our New York office has an immediate opening for an Associate Producer on a team who is working on an established account for one of Jack Morton's key clients. The account is integrated within multiple IPG agencies and services numerous clients across multiple lines of business. The account concentrates on creating creative campaigns for an internal sales force, focusing primarily on the employees.
The Producer independently manages small programs or parts of programs ensuring that client needs are met and exceeded. Print, video and digital experience preferred. This role does not focus on event production.
Your day job will include responsibilities like:
Client Management
- Assume accountability for defined client deliverables, ensuring client needs are met and exceeded.
- Build and maintain effective client relationships, ensuring that all client's needs are heard, understood and addressed in a timely way
- Provide clear communications to the client regarding roles and responsibilities, scope, budget, and schedules for assigned programs
- Update status reports and schedules and maintain lists of action items, ensuring all deadlines are met
Project Delivery
- Ensure multiple project/ program is delivered on-time, on-budget and flawlessly
- Support client lead in managing project process from planning to creative to execution.
- Schedule regular team meetings and manage communications between team members, ensuring all deadlines are met
- Source third party vendors
Budget Management
- Assist in managing project budget ensuring revenue of assigned scope/ programs is captured
- Assist in negotiations to obtain the best possible pricing of vendors freelancers
- Process invoices from vendors to clients, ensuring timeliness.
- Create and process PCNs as needed
- Assist in reconciling costs against budget
Creative Management
- Ensure that the highest possible quality is delivered
- Ensure that the client need is solved by the project deliverables
- Participate in creative brainstorms to generate ideas for clients
To qualify for this job, you must have

- a College degree
- 2-4 years related experience required
- Strong project management, organizational and communication skills
- Amazing client focus, accountability for results, team effectiveness, organizational sophistication, attention to detail, flexibility and professional confidence
