Associate Producer
Our client is an independent games studio on the South Coast. We require an experienced Associate Producer who is process driven with excellent man-management skills to help manage a team.
Associate Producer Responsibilities
Creating schedules and task breakdown for the project and the teams.
Delivering projects on time, in budget and to the satisfaction of both the client and the company.
Facilitate communication of the overall project status, progress, issues, and risks to management, external development partners and internal departments.
Co-ordinate internal and external teams.
Track progress and identify issues and risks throughout the products` life cycle.
Work closely with external publishers and their design teams/Producers.
Create and nurture a climate of collaboration and excellence with the team.
Associate Producer Skills
Quick and enthusiastic learner.
Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written.
Able to handle multiple roles efficiently.
Extremely strong problem solving and organisational skills.
Expert knowledge of the games industry and online products.
The ability to work independently and a high degree of individual initiative and commitment.
Excellent knowledge and proven practical experience of project management methodologies.
Able to manage teams and individuals effectively and diplomatically.
Knowledge of the following is preferable...
Experience working on digital download titles (XBLA, PSN and Steam).
