· Supports sales efforts in various distribution channels by participation in specific projects as needed. Willingness to participate in promotional activities in industry and professional forums for related products.
· Works with Program Management and Engineering Organization to develop future products and commercial strategies which deliver financial results and supports regional initiatives.
· Assist in development of key documentation to support product development including VSR (Vision,Scope, Requirements), Competitive analysis, business plans, and a comprehensive direction to support business growth.
· Works closely with Product Management to understand competitive prices and product costs for all assigned products to ensure attainment of market share, realize full margin potential and assist the regions in achieving their financial objectives.
· Delivers results thru delivering on commitments to the organization, which include financial impact, release schedules and business results thru multiple channels.
· Maintains a positive working relationship within a matrix organization, to ensure positive results to all aspects of the business, while supporting regional initiatives.
· Assist Product Managers in maintaining strategic data for major categories of products within assigned portfolio, which includes who our competitors are, size of the market served, size of total available market, key drivers, channels, competitive market profile, financial results and competitive structure.
