Our client is a market leading International Financial Information Services Provider, providing independent data, valuations and trade processing across all asset classes. Supporting clients including investment banks, hedge funds, asset managers, central banks, regulators, rating agencies and insurance companies to enhance transparency, reduce risk and improve operational efficiency.
There is an excellent opportunity to join the Portfolio Valuations Team at the Associate level. Our Client is looking to expand its product coverage in APAC. The team is looking for a quantitative and motivated candidate to lead the on-boarding of customers, production of daily/weekly/monthly valuations and provide specialist support for sales staff in winning of new valuations business in this region.
Main Responsibility includes:
- Regular meetings with key valuation clients to aid on-boarding and business development
- Implementing prototype pricing models and/or testing production valuation
- Attend to complex/quantitative queries on OTC derivatives product
To quality, candidate must possess:
- Masters in Financial Engineering or Computer Science
- Knowledge in Derivatives
- Fluent in both spoken and written English Japanese is a MUST
- Some knowledge of SQL VBA
- Flexibility and adaptability are key criteria
- Team player with excellent Communication skills
