Associate Project Finance
One of the leading teams in Energy Infrastructure transactions including Project Finance, Acquisition Finance and general Structured Debt solutions within the Energy Infrastructure sectors in the UK, is seeking an Associate with a strong track record in Origination, Execution and Portfolio Management.
The team is a majorinfrastructure financing business providing project financing, acquisition financing, structured debt, derivative, capital markets and asset financing solutions to corporates and equity investors in the energy, utility and wider infrastructure sector. Key focus is on: structured utility financings; brownfield infrastructure acquisitions/refinancings; power and renewable energy financing; and PFI/PPP financings.
The candidate must have:
• Project Finance Energy and/or Infrastructure Finance transactional experience in the UK Europe from a bank or advisor
• Excellent financial modelling and credit skills.
•A strong understanding of the UK Energy/Infrastructure market.
