Associate, Project Management -Surveillance recruitment
Project Management, Capital Market Surveillance Associate to $60K
Prestigious International Financial Firm seeks a Capital Market Associate for their project management team to perform the following duties:
• Monthly surveillance reporting for Structure Finance - CP Conduit (update of monthly data for each seller)
• Update all back end internal and external monthly reports
• Set up surveillance spread sheets for CP Conduit including review of legal agreements for deals executed/amended and properly set them up in Excel
• Periodic credit checks for new borrowing requests from Sellers
• Preparation of DP weekly reporting and daily analysis of capital management for DPC Special Purpose Vehicle
• Assist in periodic DP stimulation requests, unrated counterparty review and Rating Agency notification, DP new deal check, gathering items for extensive weekly external audit requests
• Daily compliance check for trades done with liquidity constraints
• Periodic update of meeting agendas, writing meeting minutes and updating project database
• Gather and submit information to Head Office as requested
• Liaising between Systems, Ops, and others to review processes/enhancements requests, etc.
Requirements:
• 2-3 years relevant experience, preferably in financial industry, but not limited to that
• Good understanding of fixed income products
• Understanding/experience with securitization a plus
• Ability to review large amount of data for accuracy and identify inconsistencies
• Ability to review legal agreements for surveillance reporting
• Extremely detail-oriented and meticulous
• Good organization and good follow through
• Good people skills
• Eager to learn and take on additional responsibilities (role to expand over next 12 months)
• Good Excel skills, VBA skills a plus
• Good understanding of systems flow and processes (not programming)
