As a member of Morgan Stanley's asset management team, the individual will play an integral role working with all senior staff members in fulfilling specific property and/or portfolio level responsibilities. Responsibilities will focus on providing analytical support for the asset management team utilizing Dyna and Argus cash flow and Excel software.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Cash flow analysis
• Sensitivity analyses
• Update quarterly cash flow models
• Perform annual asset valuations
• In-depth valuation and hold/sell analyses
• Review and assist in preparation of budgets and preparation of strategic plans
• Prepare quarterly client reports
• Analyze and review leases
• Work directly with asset managers, leasing and property management teams on approximately 30 - 35 assets
• Coordinate and review third-party independent appraisals as wells as preparation of internal valuations
• Participate in client meetings, portfolio updates, new business presentations and ad hoc analyses on a national basis
• Conduct physical property inspections
• Assist with acquisition and disposition due diligence and asset financings

Skills Required:
Skills/Experience/Education Required:
• BA/BS required
• 2 to 4 years of real estate experience required
• Strong analytical and financial skills
• Strong working knowledge of cash flow modeling; Dyna and/or Argus
• Knowledge of appraisal fundamentals
• Strong communication skills given the need to communicate effectively in oral and written form with clients, property staff, colleagues and members of the real estate community
• Ability to work within a team and under tight deadlines
• High commitment and strong self-motivation
