Associate – Real Estate Equity Raising and Investor Relations recruitment
Degree qualified you will currently be working in a Real Estate research capacity or as an Analyst in the Real Estate team of an Investment Bank or in a similar position with another Real Estate fund.
With a good understanding of and experience in Equity Capital Markets you will be passionate about property and have a proactive attitude.
You will assist senior members of the team with all aspects of the sales /distribution process including;
- Conducting investor research including new markets
- Relationship management
- Generating business leads
- Producing marketing material
- Managing the client database
This is a high profile position and you must;
- Be degree qualified
- Have similar / relevant experience
- Excellent relationship management skills
- Have a very strong "can-do" attitude and an entuusiastic approach
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills and be immaculately presented
- Have very strong IT skills including Excel, Work and Powerpoint
