Duties and Responsibilities

The Associate can expect to focus on the following areas:

• Complete and process new and existing client account applications and account

maintenance documentation

• Interact with clients and custodian(s) as necessary in servicing clients’ needs

• Gather, organize and synthesize client data within a financial planning context

• Attend client meetings in a supporting role

Qualifications

The Associate position typically requires the following qualifications:

• Desire/ability to work successfully in a small company environment

• Team player, collaborative, able to work with others

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Detail-oriented, accurate, organized, able to set priorities and multitask

• Strong proficiency with Excel

• Bachelor’s degree required

• Experience with Charles Schwab Company account applications and account

maintenance documentation a plus

• Series 65 exam (or study and pass exam on the job)
