Title: Associate
Location: Washington, DC – with similar positions available in Paris and Mexico City

Duties and responsibilities: Position responsibilities include due diligence, financial modeling, and deal structuring/execution with respect to project finance and MA mandates. Initially, specific area of focus would be US and Lat Am/Caribbean power generation transactions.
Qualifications and attributes:
• Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant financial advisory, investment banking, or private equity experience
• Corporate/project finance transactional knowledge and superior financial modeling skills
• Industry knowledge of power (conventional and renewable), energy, and/or infrastructure is preferred
• Deep dedication and commitment to meeting client expectations and professional standards
• Spanish and/or Portuguese fluency (or high level of competency) is a clear advantage
• Exceptional analytic skills
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Ability to adapt, react, and think out of the box in a challenging transaction situations
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and team oriented
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently within the US, as well as Latin America and the Caribbean
