Associate Recruitment Consultant – Energy- Brighton
Base salary c.£20k-£35k depending on level of experience
+ 20% Commission on GP
+ Potential for share options
This is a growth role with a boutique recruitment search consultancy who are specialists across all Energy markets, Oil Gas, Solid Fuel, Renewables etc.
Operating under three divisions, Technical, Finance Commercial and Legal, they operate on a predominantly retained basis dealing with clients ranging from Multi national corporations to start-up businesses, average Salary range £60k-£150k.
Due to client demand an additional recruiter is required to join the friendly close knit team. Recruitment experience is essential but we are open on sector experience as culture fit and personality is the most crucial factor.
