Associate required for Global Structuring and Acquisition Finance Team recruitment
The right candidate will join an established team in London and will get exposure to all parts of acquisition finance and debt structuring processes. This is an outstanding opportunity for someone that would like to further develop a career in the space to work within an active and fast growing institution.
The candidate profile should include:
• Currently an Associate in Debt Finance, Debt Advisory, Debt Capital Markets, Acquisition Finance, Structuring or Loan Syndication.
• Outstanding analytical skills, in terms of both financial modelling and the abiltiy to identify event driven opportunities
• Demonstrable knowledge of both Loan and Debt Capital Markets
• A proactive thinker, with a strong network established in the space
• Proven experience in managing and devoloping junior analysts
• The minimum of a 2.1 degree (or equivalent) from a reputable institution
