Looking for all level of Associate from entry level to Senior Associate (there is more than one position here).
Experience Required;
- Experience in Debt Restructuring, Leveraged Finance or Financial Sponsors or Structured Finance. Advisory, Private Equity from a Top Name business
- Good understanding of the structuring of debt
- Strong Modelling experience (with Lev Fin or Debt)
- Deal execution and Pitching experience. (in any form)
- Excellent Communication and Presentation skills. (Essential)
- Intellectual capacity and 'Firepower'
- Top tier Academics
However the real crux of the role is how you work. This is not a bulge bracket and there is a very fluid structure. This means you will have to roll up your sleeves and help the intern but also you will be able to deal with MD's and CEO's in FTSE 100's when the senior team is out and you will be empowered to make real decisions.
