Associate, Sales and Marketing recruitment

The Associate, Marketing Sales Support will support sales and marketing operations to ensure processes, information and platforms in place are transparent and add value to Sapient Global Markets (GM) business users. The Associate, Marketing Sales Support will contribute to improving knowledge management and sharing information across GM and will maintain knowledge assets, technology infrastructure and contact data to a high standard.

Responsibilities:
1. Contact and Company Database (CRM)
· Maintain contact and company data within the CRM database to a high standard by proactively identifying errors, producing regular exception reporting and seeking regular updates from internal business stakeholders
· Execute data governance activities to build and maintain the quality and quantity of contact data
· Coordinate the flow of client leads from the website and other sources into the database.
· Provide support to Salesforce.com users and proactively identify ways to streamline and improve processes
· Provide support for initiatives that will grow and enhance the CRM system and strategy in line with regulatory and business needs
· Coordinate analytics and prepare regular reporting for CRM stakeholders

2. Knowledge Management
· Provide support for the development and maintenance of a knowledge repository
· Provide support for knowledge sharing communities including planning, training, community moderation and troubleshooting
· Maintain knowledge assets to a consistently high quality and identify additional asset types for inclusion based on the needs of the end user community
· Identify opportunities to continually improve processes and platforms to reduce unnecessary e-mails, information flows, and interruptions
· Promote knowledge sharing throughout GM by recommending technology, successes and processes that benefit the end user community
· Help monitor the use of knowledge assets and measure business value to the end user community

3. Sales Support
· Contribute to the preparation and maintenance of high quality sales materials and support for the GM Sales and Business Development Team
· Input standard responses and coordinate responses from internal departments to assist the Sales teams with client pitches, presentations and formal RFP/RFI's
· Write responses and proof read content to a high standard
· Identify updates to sales materials and recommend opportunities for improvement
· Ensure all sales materials are stored and categorized for future reference

· Build and strengthen relationships within the GM Sales and Business Development community and promote Sales Support services through interactions
