Group Technology and Operations (TO) enables and empowers our Bank with an efficient, nimble, scalable standard infrastructure through a strategic focus on Productivity, Quality Control, Operating Models, Technology and People. In Group TO, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.
Responsibilities
- Provide operational support for Front Arena trading application. Ensure that all issues are appropriately documented, tracked, addressed and resolved in a timely manner
- Expected to work closely, and communicate effectively with internal users as well as external suppliers and vendors
- Develop reports and enhancements on Front Arena according to business needs
- Be involved in Front Arena application version upgrade project
Requirements
- 2-3 years of work experience in object-oriented programming in Java, C++, Python or .Net
- Competent in SQL
- Experience in Unix shell scripting, Software Delivery Process methodology and documentation and Test tools and automation engineering
- Prior experience in at least 2 Full SDLC (software development life cyce) for enterprise applications
