Associate/ Senior Associate – Global Infrastructure Fund – New role 17th Jan recruitment
Our client is a world class infrastructure fund. They have billions of dollars under management, with a significant European team.
They are now looking to add someone at the associate or senior associate level, who will work on direct investments into infrastructure companies and projects. They have a very strong track record in this area and a significant portfolio of EMEA assets.
The role will work on the origination and execution of deals and the management of transactions and investments from inception to completion. This would involve due diligence, deal structuring, negotiation, valuations, management of outside advisors.
They are looking to hire candidates who will have a background as follows:
-associates from investment banks
- investment professionals from other private equity funds
- you need to have experience in infrastructure, oil and gas, transport, or a related sector
- excellent financial modelling and valuation skills
