Associate / Senior FM Engineer - South England
Cobalt Recruitment is currently seeking an FM Engineer at the Senior/Associate level for a leading consultancy. Due to expansion our client is seeking to recruit a Senior FM Engineer with a background in consultancy, specialising in the design, installation and maintenance/management of ME services.
The role will involve:
• Conducting site surveys for acquisition, dilapidation, due diligence and condition assessments
• Asset management, monitoring and auditing
• Providing specialist technical advice on design, operation and maintenance of commercial buildings
• Advising on engineering service charge budgets
• Drafting of scope of works for inclusion in tender documents
Successful applicants will possess strong project management, planning, costing and programming skills and will ideally be chartered, with postgraduate experience in the design of building engineering services. The role will be based in the South West with travel as required.
